Our Company, Jenisan Land Promoters, started to spread its wings some 11 years back. The owners of this company, Mr.I.Israel Thangaraj and. Mr.C.Sankar, conceived an idea of making each and every citizen of India, whether rich or poor, become a owner of a piece of land. The feasibility of implementing the concept was explored at diverse angles. At last, they decided to sell plots of lands at the cheapest cost which nobody had taken risk so far. They both strived hard to achieve their goal. They met all sorts of huddles on the way to their new path. A suitable scheme was evolved and it became slowly glided up; though slow initially, it started to take big leaps at later stage. In the midst of all obstacles at various levels, their dream came true. A new company titled as "JENISAN LAND PROMOTERS" was originated. The name JENISAN is a combination of the names of Baby Jenifer and Baby Shanmathi, the eldest daughters of Mr.I. Israel and Mr.C.Sankar respectively.



INSTALLATION OF THE COMPANY

The Company was installed just four years back and has its Registered Office in Tirunelveli, a historical place, Tirunelveli titled as the "Oxford of South India" due to its enrichment in education in different fields has now developed industrially. It is also a famous Halwa City. The Software Technology Park of India, Chennai has spotted this place for its work. It is developing into a tourist corridor. This southern city may soon turn into a - silicon valley.

Lots will be shuffled for each group of 300 members who have paid their instalments on or before 12fl of each month. If he/she wins the lot, he/she need not pay further amount for the plot. The person will get Free Plot. However, he/she has to bear the cost of Registration and Patta.
